ADULT DANTS PANCE COMBO SESSION
Warm up, some basic stretching, some guided steps and choreography, maybe we'll throw in some across the floor, wrapping up with a ~10 minute Dance Party to dance off the day. Some structure for those who need structure, but flexible enough for all abilities and needs.

This Dants Pance Session is designed for kids to get their wiggles out and have fun. Some structure for those who need structure, but flexible enough for all abilities and needs.
